BMW M3 M3 2dr (2001)

2005 BMW M3 in Estoril Blue - (Back in my single days)

The BMW M3 was always a vehicle i wanted to drive and boy it didn't let me down. Excitement was written all over my face when i went to pick this bad boy up and it looked a million dollars.

The only thing i had to modify on the vehicle was the alloy wheels. It came with the standard 19" wheels (which are better fitted to the car for track days) but as i wasn't planning to race round silverstone in this car i opted for the much better looking 20" wheels.

One thing to watch out for on this car is the rear wheels are wider than the front wheels so i wouldn't recommend getting any non manufacturer wheels fitted.

Overall the car is superb and feels very sturdy. The car is massively responsive and it sounds very agressive. When you switch the sport button on you get extra performance and more noise coming from the exhaust system (which is brilliant).

The car handles well but never never swith the ESP button off as i nearly died when pulling out of a junction with my foot down (and the ESP off) as i was inches away from mounting the curb and doing some serious damage.

The space in the back isn't great so it's not ideal for a family car and i'd recommend the coupe as performance is better and the weather in this country always lets you down. Another thing is that the car drinks the fuel but it's great fun using it! Servicing comes in relatively cheap but tax and insurance are stingers!

Top draw car on the whole and if you have any questions just drop me an email.
