FORD ESCORT 1.3 LX 3dr (1990)

My Ford Escort - probably the best car on the road.

I read a few reviews of my Escort in car magazines and on the internet and stuff and they were all terrible! So I thought I'd come online myself and tell everyone what a great motor this really is. I know it's got a boy-racer reputation but is that such a bad thing? I modded it up of course so maybe I am a bit of a boy-racer but that's what this car is good for.

Mine now gets up to about 180 mph. So that's a serious piece of car. I've had it nearly a decade now and I've treated it very well. If I wasn't so attentive then I might have let the rust creep up on me but luckily I've got a keen eye for these things and I don't let it happen. Truly quality car really, especially since I fitted TVs in the back seats.

The engine is quiet and the handling is exactly how it should be, honestly, Ford really got it right with this one, think of it as a 'ready salted' car, but you can add whatever you want to it, I spent thousands on mine and now I reckon it's the best car in the world.
