HONDA JAZZ 1.4 i-VTEC ES-T 5dr (2009)

Honda Jazz - Fab little machine

I'm actually getting the impression that the Honda Jazz is sort of an older people's car, cos that's who I mostly see driving it. I'm not really sure why, it really goes like stink when it wants to! Granted, I only had an old Punto before this, but still it feels pretty nippy to me. My partner isn't convinced, but he's a silly boy so poo to him.

First thing I liked about the Honda Jazz above other cars that I think are supposed to appeal to me, like the Ford KA or whatever, is that it's nice and tall, really really easy to see all round. I really can't stand big blind spots. I drove an Astra for a few days once and MY GOD so dangerous! I couldn't see a thing! No such bother in the Honda Jazz, lovely big windows, and you get to sit quite high up too.

It's dead easy to park as well. It looks a little bit bigger than other girly cars, but it's just because it's tall. Really parking a Honda Jazz couldn't be simpler. Tiny little turning circle as well, simple.

Lots of things inside it that I really love. The phone controls on the steering wheel REALLY threw me to begin with, but I'm quite good with it now. Stereo controls up there too, very handy once you get used to it, but practice at low speeds first!

The double glove box set up is really practical, we've always got it stuffed full of this or that, and it means we don't have things on display anymore, which I was always worried about with previous cars after we got broken into once.

No repairs needed so far, but my baby is only about 2 years old. Mind you I've known people need lots of repairs long before that.

All in all, Honda Jazz gets my thumbs up, even if it wasn't an obvious choice at first.
