SLK200 - A good roadster for summer

Yes, I'm a man and I own a Mercedes SLK - I know, I know. But while this car may have a bit of a female stigma attached to it, I'm more than happy having the mick took because i know it's a great car.

I've always wanted a convertible, and when Mercedes released the new SLK, I fell in love. It looked a lot better than the Audi TT or convertible 350Z, so I decided to take the plunge and spend £31k on a new SLK.

There's little boot thanks to the folding roof mechanism, so don't be taking this car on any holidays abroad. And while there is lots of space, it's only vertical.

The engine in the SLK200 is lovely and responsive and it's got more than enough poke to keep you happy.

I know there's not a lot of sun in the UK, but this car does have a metal roof so at least there's some justice in there.
