Calling a car Silvia isn't just stupid, it's close to ridiculous. But having said that, the Silvia is a damn fine car. Drifters use these things as they claim they're the best drift cars available once tuned, so they must be half decent!

I bought one - not for drifting - because I wanted something cheap and reliable, and that's exactly what Japanese cars give you. There's no chance of anything going wrong, like there would be if I bought an old Rover and Metro.

It's not sophisticated, has hardly any tech or even drives that great, but at the end of the day it's a car that works and always does what I want it to do, and that's all that matters.

Reliable, easy to park and cheap to run; motoring bliss!
