The Volvo C30 is more than just safe

Vovlo has a reputation of being completely safety-orientated, and in fairness, it's easy to see why. The majority of its models can family-friendly, super safe saloons that will protect everyone in an accident. But the C30 breaks this mold.

Sure, it's still safe, but it's also fun - something Volvos aren't usually that great at. My Volvo C30 R Design looks the absolute dog's danglies. It's one of the few designs from the Swedish marque that gets any form of reaction from the lower regions.

It's not just the aesthetics, though. The way the Volvo C30 drives is positive, fun and exciting. Ok, so the boot is laughable and there are considerably more practical cars on the market, but aside from the Honda Civic, i can't think of one that offers this much style and presence.

It's a seriously good car that hasn't let me down once.
