Volvo S60 - A lovely drive and lots of safety

Volvos have a stigma of being really boring and mundane but I don't think they are. My S60 is one of the safest cars on the road but still manages to keep you awake while you're driving. The boot is copious, the materials used inside the cabin are long-lasting and tactile, while the overall driving experience is soothing and relaxing.

The Volvo S60 has a 5-star EURO NCAP safety rating, so you know you're kids are probably going to survive if the worst happens, and it just feels really sturdy and well put together. I'd happily recommend one to families.

Go for the diesel option, as it gives you all the power you'll need with the economy that'll annoy the neighbours ;)

The S60 is really just a good all-rounder - i doesn't shine in any particular department but does everything solidly. And that's really all you can ask for, isn't it?
