Suzuki’s little Swift hatchback has always been one of the best handling small cars on the market, and when they released the Sport, they managed to stun motoring journalists the world over. Now, though, as we enter another generation of eco-friendly motors, Suzuki has unleashed a new Swift Sport to accommodate the market.

Performance figures have been kept quiet, but expect around an 8.0 second 0-62mph time and 132bhp. We also expect the new Sport to be even more efficient and eco-friendly than its predecessor, as the EU continues to slam their iron fists upon our beloved car manufacturers.

If you fancy a peak, the new Swift Sport will debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
