The most recent Subaru Impreza hasn’t exactly been the thrill-a-minute, widow-maker that the older models were, but now we’re glad to report that Subaru has decided to up-the-ante with the new S206. The incredibly aggressive S206 benefits from a modified turbo, a remapped ECU and a more juicy exhaust, all of which equates to a 20bhp increase to 316bhp.

Unfortunately, it’ll only be those lucky Japanese enthusiasts who get to sample the S206, as the 300 that are being made are all staying in Japan, but if you really want one, why not import? It’s what all the Scooby boys do, and then you can have all that JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) loveliness.
