The following are the terms and conditions of NetCars Inc. This document explains NetCars’ policies related to rates, billing, reservation cancellation, etc.

Rates

Rates are subject to change without notice.

All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate. Due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates, all US dollar equivalents of international rates may vary.

The rate presented on your reservation confirmation is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved and is not intended to represent the actual cost of the trip. Incidental charges, wait time, stop time, change fee, cancellation or no-show fee, additional services and/or taxes may change the final price.

Incidentals

Incidental charges may include, but are not limited to, chauffeur hotel accommodations and meals, greeter fee, parking, airport fee, special requests, tolls, late-night, holiday and/or fuel surcharges.

Wait Time 

Non-airport pickups

For all pickup locations other than airports, a fifteen (15) minute grace period is allowed. Waiting time charges will apply after the grace period and are accrued in fifteen (15) minute increments, based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.

Airport Pick-ups

Commercial

NetCars is able to monitor all commercial flights, therefore, wait time is not charged for any passenger arriving on a commercial airline if the plane arrives at a time other than the originally schedule arrival time.

For Commercial flights, upon arrival, a forty-five (45) minute grace period is allowed on all domestic arrivals and sixty (60) minutes on all international arrivals. Waiting time charges will apply after the grace period and are accrued in fifteen (15) minute increments, based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.

General Aviation

Passengers arriving on private or general aviation are required notify NetCars if the aircraft is due to arrive at a time other than the originally schedule arrival time. Waiting time charges are accrued in fifteen (15) minute increments, based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.

Stop Time

For transfer reservations, customers are allowed to make one stop, along the route, which does not exceed fifteen (15) minutes. If the stop exceeds fifteen (15) minutes the customer will be charged the 9 transfer base rate plus the hourly rate for the vehicle in thirty (30) minute increments for the time that the chauffeur waits.

If there is more than one stop, or if the one stop lasts more than thirty (30) minutes, the trip will convert to an hourly rate.

If passenger requested stops are off route, charges will automatically revert to the NetCars hourly rate.

Cancellation, Change and No Show

A cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost (inclusive of base rate, gratuity, STC, and incidental charges) will be charged for any cancellation made less than 

  • 3 hours prior to scheduled pick up time for Sedan or SUV reservations; 
  • 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up for Vans;
  • 7 days prior to scheduled pick up for bus reservations.

For hourly reservations the cancellation fee is equal to the base rate times a 4 hour minimum.

A change fee of $75.00 will be charged to all transfer reservations changed within the minimum stated time prior to the scheduled pick up time, as defined above.

For hourly reservations the change fee is equal to the base rate times the hourly minimum, as defined above. For all transfer reservations, a No Show Fee equal the total trip cost (inclusive of base rate, gratuity, STC, and incidental charges) will be applied if the passenger fails to contact our office if they are unable to locate their chauffeur. For hourly reservations the no show fee is equal to the base rate times the hourly minimum, as defined above.

To avoid a cancellation fee, change fee or no show fee, the reservation(s) must be changed or cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy noted in your email confirmation.

If you experience difficulty locating your chauffeur, please contact the telephone number listed on the email confirmation. Leaving the pick-up location without notifying NetCars will result in a no show fee.
