If you ever get the chance in your life to buy a supercar, then do it. Don't think about it, don't even it a second thought, just do it. I bought my Dodge Viper a few years ago, and while i might be struggling to hit 9mpg, the 8.3-litre V10 engine more than makes up for it.
With over 500bhp and more torque than ever other engine on the planet combined, the Viper has few rivals on the road. Sure, it's American - like me - which means it can't really turn in or handle corners, but it's so powerful that the second you see a straight, it just gobbles it up.
The best way to describe the Viper's appeal is like a burnt sausage; it's dirty, a bit brutal but you still love it. And I still love mine. I won't be swapping it anytime soon - unless Dodge make another.
