Owning a supercar in today's climate is risky business, but if you can afford it, why wouldn't you? The Lamborghini Gallardo has a 5.0-litre V10 with 500bhp and is everything I've ever wanted in a supercar.
It is a heavy car, and thanks to its four-wheel-drive system, it doesn't feel as urgent to drive as you'd expect. But all of that is forgiven when you put it into first and floor it.
God, it's a quick car. It's probably too quick for the road, because in a very short amount of time, you're breaking the law. I've only got 4 points on my license, believe it or not, but I wouldn't be surprised if I lost it one day.
Inside, it's pretty basic and nothing like the Ferrari 360, but it's still nice. To be honest, you forget about everything once you get driving it. It's just such an adrenline rush.
Hi, I have a Lamborghini Gallardo and will be reviewing it here. It's an 06 car and I've owned it since new. It's been nothing but incredible. It's 5.0-litre V10 has 510bhp and more torque than Gandhi. It's by far and away the best thing about the car.
The power never fails to impress. Even after all these years and 30,000 miles, it still feels as punchy as ever and i have no intentions of getting rid.
Inside, the leather is starting to wear a little and the gearnob does need replacing but apart from that, all is well. It's made by Audi, so everything is put together properly and everything is well made.
If you can afford a Lambo, try the Gallardo; it's a damn good car.
